01Payroll and workforce administration system
Smartmunka
Workforce and payroll administration on one surface, with the business logic behind it.
02Booking and availability management system
Kurukhill is a booking system: it manages the availability of accommodation units in a calendar, and the guest picks a date and starts the booking on that same surface. The emphasis is on transparency — what the guest sees makes it clear what is free and what is not.

The task
Booking management becomes difficult when the availability of several units has to be kept current at once. Bookings arriving by phone and message run on a separate channel, and availability easily drifts away from reality.
The solution
A single availability model that both the public calendar and the booking flow are built on. Units appear in separate bands, the state of each date is decided in one place, and the guest sees the same state the system works with.
Modules
The modules describe the system's areas of operation, not a delivery checklist.
A monthly view with a separate band per unit — what is booked and what is free fits on one screen.
A guided flow from picking a date to recording the booking, allowing steps back.
Several accommodation units handled in parallel with independent availability.
Gallery, prices and information pages alongside the booking interface.
System flow
The steps of the flow determine which states the system has to handle.
Interfaces
Screenshots of the working interface. Space for the missing views is already prepared.

Home screen: a presentation view switchable per unit.

Availability calendar: units in separate bands, one month per screen.
