01Payroll and workforce administration system

Smartmunka is operational business software: it brings employee administration, the processes around payroll and their associated records together into a single system. The public site is the entry point to that system: this is where search by occupation and location, and requests for a quote, begin.

The task
Workforce administration typically lives in separate spreadsheets, emails and on paper. Data is duplicated in several places, the information needed for payroll is assembled by hand, and there is no single point where the current state of the process is visible.
The solution
One system in which the employee, the position and the payroll data belong to the same record. Processes get states, permissions are tied to roles, and the administration is created where the work happens — not afterwards, in a separate round.
Modules
The modules describe the system's areas of operation, not a delivery checklist.
A unified record of employees, positions and the documents attached to them.
Structured collection and forwarding of the data needed for payroll, without manual retyping.
The entry point of the public interface: a request can be started based on occupation and location.
Who sees what and who may change it — permission is decided at system level, not by agreement.
System flow
The steps of the flow determine which states the system has to handle.
Interfaces
